For new clients: If you are a new client interested in engaging in therapy from August 2026, you are welcome to submit an enquiry or email to request placement on the waitlist. Please note that this email is not currently monitored regularly, and new client enquiries will be reviewed closer to August 2026.

For existing clients you may also reschedule your appointment via the Loom Wellness Client Portal (if prior to 48 hours). It is kindly requested that 48 hours notice of any change is provided, otherwise fees may apply.
